Our house is located directly in Untertal near Schladming on the Talbach and thus on the Wilde Wasser Weg, perfect for a hike to Schladming or right to the legendary Riesachsee. On the other side of the house is the beautiful restaurant Landalm, which scores with its rustic-elegant atmosphere and delicious cuisine.
Our 2 lovingly furnished apartments offer space for 3-5 people each. For groups of friends or large families, we are happy to provide you with the whole house, for a maximum of 12 people. In the spacious lounge you can sit together comfortably and let the evenings end quietly.

Nature show game "Talbach
The Talbach is right near the vacation home, a jewel for every nature lover.
At every season a very special spectacle. In spring the melt water, in summer a pleasant cooling, in winter adorned with imposing icicles and covered with glittering fragile ice constructs.

With more than 100 free vacation experiences and over 100 bonus services, the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is one of the largest inclusive cards in the Alps. It is already included for guests from mid-May to the end of October from one overnight stay. The card includes the use of cable cars, bathing lakes and swimming pools, museums and public transport in the region during the stay.
In summer, the region offers attractive adventure mountains for the whole family. Summer card holders can use one ascent and descent with a mountain railroad of their choice every day free of charge as an inclusive service. For hikers, this eliminates long ascents.
Bow Ranch Bruno
Our archery trail is located right next to the Schieplechnerhof and is equipped with 23 targets, a shooting range with a target hut and a refreshment station (bear cave). The trail leads through a fairytale forest and is easy to walk for families with children, clubs, social groups or individual athletes.
